An Evening with Bruce Poole
A 3-course meal inspired by Alasdair's time at Chez Bruce (1 Michelin-starred restaurant in Wandsworth)
Bruce will play host for an evening that will kick off with canapes & a glass of English sparkling wine followed by 3 courses of classic Chez Bruce dishes that Alasdair learned during his time working for Bruce. The evening’s menu will be prepared by Alasdair and his team from The Barrington Boar. Signed copies of Bruce’s book “Bruce’s Cookbook’ will be available on the night.

Starter
Brandade Provençale with confit loin of cod, Shaved fennel & chilli salad & green olive vinegarette.
Main Course
40 day aged, grilled rib eye of somerset beef served with crisp beef fat potato terrine, new seasons asparagus, field mushroom duxelles & bearnaise sauce. (served medium rare).
Dessert
Pear and almond tart with clotted cream ice cream and vanilla crème anglaise. N
